THE DETAILS

Our in-house interior designer will ease you through the process of selecting finishes for your new home.

Big and small details.

We'll talk specifics of your budget and what is most important to you to incorporate into your new home.

Starting from floor to ceiling we will select your finishes at our in-house design center.

After selections are made, we will draft the final proposal.

PLANNING & DESIGNING

Site visit at your property or we'll help find you the perfect one.

Things to consider, subdivision covenants, lot size, zoning approval.

Decide on a floor plan. We will help you with a custom floor plan or choose from a pre-selected floor plan. Already have a floor plan? That works too!

Sign Design Intent Agreement.

Discuss and incorporate what you are envisioning into the floor plan. We will also note some important finishes that you are wanting. (Example: laminate vs quartz or vinyl siding vs smart siding)

We'll gather pricing information and give you a preliminary pricing on your dream floor plan and review together.

TIME TO BUILD

Once everything is approved, we'll get to work on building your house.

There will be multiple walk-throughs during the different stages of your build to ensure everything is up to your standards.

We will review any finish selections as needed.

We can meet at any time you feel is needed during the process.

Timelines can change frequently so we will always make sure you are up to date.

Expect several days during construction where it feels like your house is at a standstill. Each trade is scheduled in advance. Sometimes one trade will finish ahead of schedule and the next trade may not be able to adjust their assigned time slot on such short notice.

Final walk-through.

MOVE IN

It's finally time to move into your dream home!

We'll hand over the keys to your new home.

From here, your one-year builder warranty begins.

Have questions? We will still be here for support and advice as you navigate your new home.

FOLLOW UP

We will follow up around 11 months after you move in to make sure you are still enjoying everything.
